Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and there will be a 50% charge fee.
Posh Palms Hair Studio has the right to refuse service.
